My stay at Apart Hotel Arno was nothing short of extraordinary. The owner, Andrea, went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable. From offering to store our luggage and provide a hot shower after a day of skiing to being incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, her hospitality truly stood out. The sauna on the property was a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes, and the stunning mountain view from the hotel was a constant source of awe.The location of the hotel was ideal, situated uphill with ski in/ski out access, making it convenient for intermediate skiers like myself. The cozy and immaculately clean rooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the inclusion of a full kitchen in our two-bedroom apartment was a game-changer for our family. The added touch of having two bathrooms and two TVs ensured everyone's comfort and entertainment needs were met. The attention to detail in the breakfast selection was impressive, with quality products carefully arranged and presented each morning. The super comfy beds, ski locker rooms, and quiet atmosphere added to the overall charm of the hotel. Andrea's dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay for every guest was evident in every aspect of our visit.In conclusion, Apart Hotel Arno exceeded all my expectations, providing a memorable and delightful experience. I am already looking forward to returning to this gem in the Austrian mountains for another exceptional stay.
